Singelplayer: simply try eating as much food as possible to get a higher score and try to avoid the red bacteria. Multiplayer: grow bigger than your opponent by eating food, once you are big enough you start to hunt your opponent to make him (and yourself) to shrink and lose life, the one who loses all his/her life first loses.
